As you know at De Rougemont Manor we like to keep all you guests up to date with all the latest gossip!!! And we are proud to announce the return of our old colleague and ‘New’ general manager Brett Shohet!!!
Brett has previously worked for the company and is back to ensure our current high standards are improved further. Brett has said “I want to ensure that every guest or visitor of the hotel is made to feel very comfortable during their stay or visit. We are a family run business that allows us to give personal attention to detail and special service to our customers. I want to make a difference to the hotel and can only do this with the support of my work collegues, the staff around me hopefully are aware that they have someone now who is supportive in their job roles and I want to make their jobs as easy as possible. Things will not change overnight but from what I have seen of the staff it shouldn’t take long.”
In my opinion Brett has already started making some changes for the better and I look forward to seeing some further improvements, and after this blog maybe a promotion!!!!!
