Angela McGregor is a qualified Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant with many years fitness experience, here’s what she has to say about the re-vamp…..;
My name is Angela (Gym Manager) and I would like to tell you a little about what we have for you at The Manor Health Club.
We have had a mini makeover in the gym as well as introduced a new boot camp class for you to burn off those unwanted calories or just to de-stress after a busy day.
Should you be looking to lose a bit of weight, I can discuss with you the Cambridge Weight Plan’s 6 step programme and to decide together the best step for you to start your journey on. Throughout the process, I will be there with you to guide and look after you, you will learn how to understand your weight loss as being quick, safe and effective by teaching you a new healthier way of eating and lifestyle. I want to take away the fear of maintenance by helping you achieve this.
And about those Boot Camp Classes with Julia, they will run every:
Wednesday 7.30 – 8.30pm
Saturday 9.00 – 10.00pm
