Summer is finally here and with the weather feeling warmer, thing’s are also heating up in the kitchen. This week we’re introducing our brand new sizzling summer menu 2019!
This menu really mixes it up with lots of delightful and interesting options for everyone. It features some De Rouge favourites such as Fish & Chips balanced with plenty of never-seen-here before dishes such as Mushroom Leek Mille Feuille.
Our hotel offers beautiful surroundings and good service, and to a lot of our guests we are more like a second home than just a hotel, it’s so important that the food is top notch too. Our chefs want to provide a service which people will travel for and will want to share with their friends and family, we are a little out of main Brentwood town so we want to make sure people have a worthwhile journey.

Mushroom & creamed leek mille feuille with butternut squash pureé, parmesan crisp & potato gratin.
DESSERT: Carpaccio of Pineapple (V)(GF)
Served with mango sorbet, fruit coulis & lemon balm.
